Hello, I am Amy, a qualified Person-Centred counsellor and supervisor, my therapeutic style is relational, I consider myself to be approachable and friendly with respect and empathy at the heart of my work. I offer an open and non-judgemental space for you to reconnect with your true self.

My intention is to facilitate a safe environment in which you have the space and time to gain greater understanding and self-awareness, which in time allows you to grow in confidence and self-worth so that life’s decisions and challenges feel less daunting and overwhelming.

Therapy can help to make connections between life’s challenges and our bodies responses, whilst creating internal compassion for past experiences and resilience for the future.

Alongside my private practice, I am employed as a Team Lead and young persons counsellor at a charity organisation in Gloucester as well as teaching on the Level 5 CPCAB Children and Young Persons Counselling Diploma.

Previously working as a counsellor at a charity organisation in Bristol and a volunteer counsellor for Cotswold Counselling in Cirencester working with adults.

For further information, I welcome enquiries via email, in which we can arrange a suitable time to have a free 15-minute consultation to discuss working together.
